great customer service: package was replaced even after it got lost in the mail

as said in the title, my package was lost in the mail and when i emailed wasabi power customer service, they responded quickly and said that they would replace it, free of charge. so of course, five stars all around!
the batteries are working perfectly , and my camera doesn't sap up the energy like my old battery so I can take more pictures!
