Canon NB-10L Battery by Wasabi Power

My used Canon NB-10L battery last at least twice despite being used and only 920 mAh. This Wasabi battery being new and 1300 mAh it should last a lot and in reality it last nothing.

Ordered a couple of batteries for my underwater camera system and one was a dud. I called the company, which is family-owned and operated, and spoke to the owner. Got a new battery sent to me immediately. Yes, that's great but there's more. The phone was picked up immediately with no complex phone tree and no run around. The owner clearly and knowledgeably answered my questions about the battery as to when it was manufactured, etc. I wish all businesses were run like this. Of course I will order from them again. It's not just the product; it's about customer service, too.

A great price and delivery for a fine battery. Have had them for about 7 years and wanted a couple more to have extras.

Wish I had the same experience as all these positive reviews. Bought two batteries for my Canon setup. Just after warranty expired both batteries completely died. Would not charge and no power. Contacted Wasabi and no help because warranty had expired after three years. I teach Underwater Photography and feel terrible because I recommended these batteries to my students. Not at all happy.

called up because my camera battery would no longer hold a charge. they looked up my order, confirmed that it was within the warranty period and shipped out new batteries immediately, no questions asked. Excellent customer service.
