I had an issue with one of the terminals on the charger so I called the Wasabi customer service line and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. They quickly resolved my problem and I’m fully satisfied.
I had several DJI gimbal batteries that would no longer charge after not being used for a few months.
Bought this charger and as I expected, all the batteries charged and are still kicking on a year later. Good job!

It worked for the first hour and then it will go on for a second and turn right off.
