Batteries losing power, all at same time

What accounts for the same batteries, losing power all at the same time? These were Wasabi’s from a batch of three. Really quite bizarre.

Excellent customer support

I use Wasabi batteries for my digital camera. In the photo forums I frequent, Wasabi has had the best reports among 3rd party batteries. I had purchased a two-pack, and they had worked fine for over 2 years. After having not used them for a few months, I found that they both were starting to swell. I contacted Wasabi, and they honored the 3 year warranty. All batteries are susceptible to issues, but I will certainly buy Wasabi again.
