Great battery and customer service

I’ve been using Wasabi batteries for more than 10 years with cameras from different brands. I tried batteries from other brands but always come back to Wasabi. Stands behind warranty

Collecting a replacement battery for one that had failed under warranty was a positive experience - rare in today's world. When it is time to replace those that I have, I will definitely turn again to Wasabi.

Bought a set of charger and 2 batteries. One is fined but the other is only charged to 87%, contacted Wasabi customer service, got the replacement 3 days later.

A great product - a few duds - but great support behind it!

I have purchased these before for my sony cameras and had no probems with them . I recently purchased a 2 pack and one of them wouldn't complete charging on the sony charger - contacted Wasabe support and they quickly replaced it.
