Canon LP-E19 Battery (2-Pack) by Wasabi Power

I've used your batteries on my many various Canon bodies. And up till recently, never had any issues with them. But, after explaining my situation to you in an e-mail, you sent me 2 new batteries to replace the ones that had a small problem. No hassle, you didn't even want me to return the problematic ones. That in itself, tells me how much customers mean to you. I, for one, greatly appreciate it.

And I will continue to buy your products because I honestly believe in them.

Canon LP-E19 Battery (2-Pack) by Wasabi Power

An alternative to the original LP-E19 at a great price. I now own 4 batteries packs. The fit could be a little tighter though.

I have been using Wasabi batteries since around 2011. Bluenook is great to work with and the Wasabi batteries have performed flawlessly for me.

Wasabi Power (Blue Nook) replaced camera batteries that I recently purchased when they failed to hold a charge. Terry was very professional and quite understanding and addressed my issue quickly. While everyone expects good products from a company, there will always be exceptions. Those are the times when really good companies are defined by their Customer Service. I see myself as a Wasabi Power/Blue Nook customer for quite some time. Again, thank you Terry.
