Nikon EN-EL25 Battery by Wasabi Power

I have had several Wasabi Power batteries and finally encountered a failure. Wasabi Power quickly replace the defective battery w/o any hassle. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past 12 years I have owned 5 different cameras that take 5 different types of batteries. I always order at least 2 Wasabi batteries every time I get a camera with a new battery type.
I have found that Wasabi batteries perform as well as or better than the OEM batteries from Nikon or Panasonic. Over the last 12 years, I have had one Wasabi battery out of 12 that failed to charge after 2 years of use. I called thee number on the battery and Wasabi sent me a free replacement. That is good customer service!

I was most impressed with the customer service when my battery would not charge after short usage. The company sent me a replacement at no charge.

I brought the first unit less than 6 months ago. Went on a trip taking many pictures. Upon return, I recharged the battery for the second time and took it out of the camera. When I tried to use it recently, it was dead. I emailed WasabiPower and got a new replacement battery in days. In term of their customer service, it was excellent. In term of the design and durability, it remains to be determined. Hope it works out fine.

I bought this battery a few months ago, but it all of a sudden stopped working in the charger. I notified Wasabi and they sent a replacement without any hesitation. They were super kind about it too. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you!
