Good Batteries, But no where near listed capacity

I just received Wasabi Canon LP-E6, LP-E6N Battery (2-Pack) made for Canon DSLR. They arrived promptly, and were reasonably priced. Based on experience with other Wasabi products, I expect them to last a good long time.

However, the rated capacity of these batteries (18.4 Wh) is *way* off – like by a factor of two. I measured both, using a recording multimeter, at a ~200 mA discharge rate. Both battery packs measured at 9.9 Wh.

To be fair, this was more or less what I expected, and require for my application. Returning not worth the hassle. But the advertised capacity is just wrong.
